Heathrow and Gatwick Pick Up Instructions

Heathrow T2:

1. Please call +44 (0)1306 882299 as soon as you land to confirm your arrival. Thereafter, keep your cell phone on and to hand at all times.
2. Upon clearing passport control and collecting any luggage, exit customs into the arrivals area. Contact the controller to time the meeting with the driver. 
3. Once agreed, head to where the departures drop-off is on the top level (DO NOT FOLLOW the app and private hire instructions saying to go to level 1 in the airport; this is NOT the pick-up point). The meeting point is opposite the purple valet parking kiosk, airport side. 

 

Heathrow T3:

1. Please call +44 (0)1306 882299 as soon as you land to confirm your arrival. Thereafter, please keep your cell phone on and to hand at all times, please. 
2. Upon clearing passport control and collecting any luggage, exit customs into the arrivals area. Call again and the driver will move to the pick-up location. 
3. Follow the TAXI signs until you exit the terminal. Directly ahead of you will be the black cab taxi rank. DO NOT GO THERE! Instead, turn to your right until you see diagonally across the road a purple valet parking kiosk (you should have a skywalk above and the car parks directly in front of you). This is the pick-up point. 

 

Heathrow T4:

1. Please call +44 (0)1306 882299 as soon as you land to confirm your arrival. Thereafter, keep your cell phone on and to hand at all times.
2. Upon clearing passport control and collecting any luggage, exit customs into the arrivals area. Call again and the driver will move to the pick-up location. 
3. Head to the lifts and go to the very top level (passenger drop-off), exit the terminal through the glass doors and over a walkway. This is the pick-up location. 

 

Heathrow T5:

1. Please call +44 (0)1306 882299 as soon as you land to confirm your arrival. Thereafter keep your cell phone on and to hand at all times.
2. Upon clearing passport control and collecting any luggage, exit customs in to arrivals area. Call again and the driver will move to the pick up location. 
3. Head to the large glass doors and leave the main terminal. You will open the doors onto a concourse area with the car parks directly in front of you where you will see the lifts closer still. Enter the lifts and go to to the very top level. Upon exiting there are two lanes of traffic all going the same way and dropping people off. Turn to your left and head to the end. This is the pick up point (a valet parking kiosk should be opposite you in the middle of the lanes). 

 

Garwick South:

1. Please call +44 (0)1306 882299 immediately upon landing to confirm your arrival and keep your cell phone turned on and to hand at all times there after. 
2. When you have your luggage and while still at the belt please call again, the driver will then be despatched and be at the pick up point in approximately 25 minutes, grab a beverage and any thing else you may need. The driver will call when 10 minutes away so you can head to the pick up point.
3. Exit the south terminal staying on the top level. As you come outside onto a concourse, you will see the carpark in front of you and lifts behind you. Please enter these lifts and go to the lowest level. When you exit these lifts on the bottom level you will come out on to another concourse with a wide bus lane directly in front of you. Cross this bus lane and walk down a ramp where you will find two lanes of traffic where cars are dropping off and all traveling in the same direction. Follow the direction of the traffic until you come to the very last lift. This is the pick up point. 

 

Gatwick North:

1. Please call  +44 (0)1306 882299 immediately upon landing to confirm your arrival and keep your cell phone turned on and to hand at all times there after. 
2. When you have your luggage and while still at the belt please call again, the driver will then be despatched and be at the pick up point in approximately 25 minutes, grab a beverage and any thing else you may need. The driver will call when 10 minutes away.
3. By the cafe in the arrivals hall exit the terminal and head to the right of car park 6 following the gangway between car parks to the mobility kiosk at the passenger drop off point. We will meet you there.
